Each diver is required to have individual insurance from AAU to participate. The cost of the insurance is $16 per diver. Please follow the instructions below to obtain your child’s insurance/membership card. The picture of the AAU insurance card must be uploaded during the dive team registration.

Then select the following:
What type of memberships?
– Sports: Diving
– Coverage: Regular
– Current Membership Year – EXPIRES ON 8/31 of the season
Are they a member of a club?
– Yes
– Enter your club code: W39E55
Who are you registering?
– (Enter the diver information. You can submit multiple divers)
